Islam Awareness Week takes place from 12th - 18th March. IAW aims to raise awareness and remove misconceptions surrounding Muslims - Britain’s second largest faith group.

Faith in Justice Conference

The Jubilee Debt Campaign's Multifaith Project presents an event focusing on the Dharmic Faiths' Attitude to Global Poverty, chaired by Revd. Prof. Michael Taylor.

burton_up_trent- Bring & share meal: Last Friday each month (6.00-8.00 venue tba)

- Denton coffee morning: First Thursday each month (10.00-11.30)

 - Women of Faith: First Wednesday each month – Cafe Zen (5.00-6.00)

Special events to bring women of faith together for friendship, mutual understanding  and fun and to give them a voice in the community.

Ongoing: Language, Faith and Culture Programme

This programme will draw together people from the local community, representing a diverse range of ethnicities and religions, who are interested in developing their English skills in order to express their faith and culture and to articulate their concerns. Take home activities will be provided in order to involve children and other family members.

Its taking place at the The Nishkam Centre, 6 Soho Road, Handsworth, Birmingham, B21 9BH

Women’s group meets on Fridays from 9.30 to 11.30: Starting on Friday 6th November

Men's group meets on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:30pm: Starting on Wednesday 27th January 2010
