THE CHALLENGE: The Challenge is a three week programme for diverse groups of 16 year olds. Our mission is "Inspire and connect young people to strengthen their community". The Challenge will be working with 1080 young people across the Midlands, working in Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry and South Warwickshire.
LOOKING FOR COMMUNITY PARTNERS: The Challenge is looking for organisations that share our vision. Our programme provides significant opportunities for community groups to interact with and be supported by young people. There are a number of ways that we would love to work together including making films about your work, promoting your organisation, making a physical difference to your site, fundraising for you or providing volunteers. VACANCIES: An important element for The Challenge's success is the involvement of passionate, talented people committed to helping young people and building communities. If you are such a person you can help by taking on one of our leadership roles in the summer and working directly with the participants of the programme.
